Case Study: NAFDA Foodservice Conference Byron Bay
To energise NAFDA’s conference we delivered our signature Survivor experience on Tallow Beach for 50 people. Over two hours, delegates were split into tribes and thrown into a series of challenges designed to test communication, problem-solving and teamwork under pressure.
From the Holey Bucket water relay to Hole in One and team puzzle challenges on the sand, every challenge was built to get people laughing, strategising and connecting in a way that a conference room simply can’t replicate.
The result was a fired-up group who walked back into day two of their conference with stronger connections, more energy and a shared experience that became the highlight of the entire event.
