Your team will be thrown into a world of bright plastic bricks and even brighter ideas, as they race the clock to design, build, and pitch a one-of-a-kind LEGO creation.
Think: Shark Tank meets The Block… but in miniature.
Welcome to Brick Masters — the ultimate team building showdown where office legends are born, egos are (playfully) crushed, and brick by glorious brick, masterpieces emerge.
It’s playful, it’s competitive, and it’s possibly the most fun your team can have without HR getting involved.
Because it’s not just about building. Oh no.
This is a full-scale presentation-palooza where creativity, storytelling, and a dash of sales swagger could be the difference between glory and brick-based disaster.
Frequently Asked Questions
We have a 1 hour and 2 hour session available that typically includes:
- Briefing – What’s the theme? What’s the challenge?
- Speed Round – Lets put you to the test in a short build battle to get your creativity firing.
- Major Build – The main event. Expect frantic digging, shouted suggestions, and rogue “structural engineers” taking charge.
- The Pitch – Each team pitches their masterpiece to our “expert” judges (a.k.a. our very serious and unbiased facilitators).
- Winners Announced – Cue applause, victory dances, and the occasional fake acceptance speech.
Each team is given a mystery build theme that can be business related or completely just for fun (think: “Our Company Values”, or “Build an Epic Song Title”).
From there, it’s all systems go: brainstorming, building, backtracking, panicking, innovating, and somehow pulling it all together just in time for a slick, show-stopping pitch.
And yes—there’s a trophy. It’s small. It’s plastic. But it means everything.
LEGO Masters is perfect for teams of all sizes and industries. Whether you’re trying to break the ice with new hires, bring cross-functional teams closer, or just want an excuse to watch your boss fumble with tiny bricks, this one delivers.
It’s fully mobile, meaning we bring the bricks and the buzz to your office, conference, off-site, or even a quiet room at your favourite pub (yes, we’ve done it).
No special skills required—just a willingness to play, compete, and maybe even reconnect with your inner eight-year-old.
No AV required, but if you have a screen available, we’ll get our visual countdown clock into play to add extra pressure.

While fun and creativity is our main objective for Brick Masters, there are also some other outcomes:
