A custom Family Day is the ideal way to bring your organisation together, with partners and kids, to help bond or to simply say thank you.
Beautifully styled with outdoor furniture, picnic rugs, floor cushions and outdoor bean bags, with a stunning pop-up bar that serves tasty drinks as you mingle and chat.
Our objective is to craft the perfect experience for your guests and by bringing together the ideal location, catering and entertainment for people of all ages.
Kids will be entertained for hours with face painters, balloon artists, live reptile shows, VR station and roving entertainers and magicians.
Adults can try their hand at lawn games including retro giant games such as chess, connect four and scrabble. For something a bit more active we can set-up games such as Ultimate Frisbee, Volleyball and Mini Golf.
Private family day packages start at $145pp based on 50+ people.

To keep things simple, we’ll handle the event permit application on your behalf at no extra cost. You’ll just pay the permit fee directly, and we’ll manage the process from start to finish so you can focus on the fun stuff.

Depending on your event style, we’ll suggest a few crowd favourites — like our Summer Sliders & Salads, featuring mini sliders and vibrant salad pots perfect for a warm afternoon. Or the Summer BBQ, loaded with prawn and chorizo skewers, barramundi fillets, and corn on the cob straight off the grill. For something with a little spice, our Mexican Fiesta brings a DIY taco and fajita station, jalapeño poppers, and Coronas on ice.
Prefer something light and easy? We can roll out platters of sandwiches, grazing tables, noodle boxes, or picnic hampers — the options are endless, and the food always hits the spot.
And let’s be honest — the pop-up bar is where everyone gathers. As the music drifts across the event, our bar team serves up your choice of beverage package including wine, beer, soft drinks and water. Want to make it extra special? Add a signature cocktail bar or our ever-popular Pimm’s or Aperol Spritz station to keep the adults smiling.
To top it all off, we can add a little sweetness (and a lot of smiles) with options like a Gelato Messina cart, coffee cart, fairy floss or popcorn stand, or even an esky full of Zooper Doopers for a nostalgic, cool-down moment on a hot afternoon.
Kids will be entertained for hours with inflatable rides and jumping castles, giant games, face-painters and roving balloon artists and magicians.
Our team of experienced event staff also run a series of fun games for the whole family including sack races, tug-o-war and egg and spoon races.
Adults can try their hand at lawn games including Giant Chess, Giant Connect Four, Klop and Giant Scrabble.

When you need a rest you can make your way to the outdoor furniture, picnic rugs with cushions or make some elbow space at the pop-up bar that serves drinks from a menu that you’ve designed prior to the day.
