Mosaic Masterpiece - Creativity Meets Collaboration
The perfect icebreaker or conference breakout, as creativity meets collaboration in this unique art experience.
Participants start the experience being assigned a completely blank canvas with coordinates and a grid map of what the finished artwork will (hopefully!) look like.
It’s then up to the group to work their way around the room and find the canvasses that connect to create the predesigned artwork.
They then have time to relax, chat and paint the background of their canvas in whatever colours they choose, or perhaps visually representing a theme or value that fits with your conference or offsite.
The event culminates in the whole team piecing their canvases together to create the Mosaic Masterpiece!
If the team has worked well together, the artwork outline will all fit together seamlessly into one Mosaic Masterpiece!

We lean in to the messy and the ‘not quite perfect’ with this experience, as each canvas truly reflects the individuality of the person who created it. There’s very few clean edges in life and even fewer when a diverse group comes together to achieve one vision, but there is beauty. When you step back, you’ll see an artwork that truly reflects your team individually and as a whole. And if that’s not something worth putting on your office wall, I don’t know what is!

You will choose from a range of our artwork selections that we have designed to cover a range of themes and values, completely taking the stress out of coming up with an artwork design.
There are options to customise the artwork with your company name or logo should you wish (if you trust your team enough to get your logo looking right!)
Our creative team will then overlay a grid depending on the number of participants, which divides the artwork up into individual canvas sections and assigns an ‘A1’ etc. grid coordinate so participants know which section of the grid they are responsible for creating.

Mosaic Masterpiece is designed to come to your office, conference or events venue, so as long as there is room for everyone, there’s room for this experience!
It’s an easy team building activity to set-up within 15 minutes.
Our events team will put drop sheets down on the tables to protect them, and equip everyone with an apron to ensure you remain paint-free at the end of the experience.
We use paint pens, not free paint and brush, as it eliminates any chance of spilling and gives everyone more control in what they paint.
At the conclusion of Mosaic Masterpiece, our team will pack up and be out of the room as the experience ends which allows you to move into your next conference session or break.
