A one-hour wellness experience integrating gentle, stress reduction and therapeutic yoga with playful puppies for a cute & cuddly twist.
The result? A team workshop that’s part movement, part mindfulness and all joy.
In this experience, tails wag as you’re guided through an intro yoga class. It’s yoga without the pressure. Where balance and posture are less important than connection, relaxation, and laughter.
Ideal for team building, corporate wellbeing or a unique conference activity or Christmas party idea. It’s a chance to unplug, bond and leave with both a calmer mind and a phoneful of the cutest photos you’ll ever take.

Puppy Yoga is 60 minutes, and designed to come to you provided your office or venue are suitable. The structure includes organised, but fun, yoga with plenty of unstructured puppy time so everyone walks away feeling rejuvenated, connected and a little bit in love.
Welcome & Introduction (10mins): Guests are welcome, meet the puppies and receive an introduction to class basics. It’s an opportunity to get comfortable, say hi to the puppies and take a few pre-class snaps.
Yoga Flow (40mins): Taught by a certified instructor, this is a basic practice suitable for all levels. Poses are basic and work on stretching, mindfulness and relaxation. Puppies are given freedom to roam, jump on mats and snuggle up – bringing the unexpected twist of puppy chaos.
Puppy Cuddle Cool-Down (10mins): Finally, we finish up the class with simply puppy love. Attendees can relax, cuddle — and get those all-important pictures.
The atmosphere is warm and light-hearted. You’ll definitely leave feeling happy and with a heart full of joy.
Even though we love Puppy Yoga and want you to have an epic experience, the needs of our 4 legged friends comes first.Â
We only work with ethical, registered breeders who maintain the highest standards of care. Every puppy is continually supervised in class, they have lots of breaks, rest time and need of fluids.
Classes are limited in size to ensure a safe, relaxed environment for puppies and people.
Events are scheduled around all-important nap time for the puppies so we may have to adjust your timings slightly to accommodate.
Every Puppy Yoga event directly helps support a wonderful cause, Maggie’s Rescue, who save and re-home animals in need. Some proceeds from every experience support rescue, vetting and the safe re-homing of dogs in need.
In other words, by choosing Puppy Yoga, not only are you opting for a fun team activity – you’re also making a difference in the lives of dogs who truly need it. It’s a feel-good, do-good experience — a win-win for people and pups.
Puppy Yoga is designed to come to your office, venue or conference destination. If you don’t have a venue in mind, our team can suggest spaces for hire.
Please note that not all spaces are suitable. Easy access for our breeders is important, and we need enough space for people to do yoga and our puppies to be safe.
Plus these are young puppies. And, you know, they wee pretty regular.
Need a space? We can suggest some hire venues if you don’t want to risk it or simply want to get offsite. It’s also a food and drink-free experience.
To ensure that all runs smoothly, we will work closely with you regarding the logistics of room layout, time and prep for cleaning. We also supply all materials and yoga mats, so you don’t have to worry about logistics.
The result will be a seamless and enjoyable for both guests and puppies. Whether as a part of wellness week, a conference energiser or surprise staff treat – we’ll work with you to shape the setting for your team to get the most out of it.
