Sports Day - Create Your Own Epic Company Tournament
Who doesn’t want to relive their heyday of sporting glory with a round-robin of sports, games and challenges.
We split the group into teams to go head to head in games and sports that include some pearlers like dodgeball, nest invaders, ultimate frisbee, lacrosse (yeah, true), mini golf and more.
Teams earn points at each game and accrue points as they continue through the tournament.
At the end of play, the two teams with the most points battle it out in our final game – an old school Tug o War – to determine the overall team champs.
It’s then time to grab your winners’ trophy, spray the champagne and gloat for the rest of the year.

We want to ensure everyone can take part in the Sports Day and it’s inclusive for everyone so we have two formats:                       Â
In Light, we start with an active warmup game before rotating through sports that include:
- Ultimate Frisbee:Â fast paced cross between NFL and netball
- Pro Darts:Â accurate hand-eye co-ordination essential
- Dodgeball:Â finally the chance to belt Barry from accounts
- Bocce & Cornhole:Â work together to score maximum points
In Moderate, we start with an active warm up called Nest Invaders before we rotate through games that include:
- Lacrosse:Â as close to Quidditch as you can possibly get
- Pro Darts:Â accurate hand-eye co-ordination essential
- Dodgeball: Â finally the chance to belt Barry from accounts
- Mini Golf Battle:Â combines putting and chipping challenges
To conclude the day in both formats, our top two teams battle out in Tug o War to see who will take home the champion trophy.
Sports Day is a fun outdoor team adventure, where our purpose is on teamwork, connection and creating memories.                     Â
