Schools We Partner With

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What types of schools do you work with?

We deliver programs for primary schools, secondary schools, independent and Catholic schools, public schools, and universities across Australia. Our programs scale from small classes of 20 students through to whole-year cohorts and full-staff days of 500+. Whether you’re a single-stream primary school or a large university running O-Week for international students, we can tailor the experience to your audience.

2. Are your programs designed for students, teachers, or both?

Both. We run distinctly different program styles for each audience. Teacher programs (staff development days, end-of-year rewards) focus on professional insight, communication, and genuine connection. Student programs (orientation, leadership days, year-group bonding) focus on participation, challenge, and culture-building. Many schools book us for both within the same year.

3. Can you run programs at our school, or do we come to a venue?

Both options are available. Most programs run onsite at your school — in the hall, on the oval, in classrooms, or across the campus. If you’d prefer to take staff or students offsite for a change of environment, we can recommend venues and run the program there. For multi-day leadership camps, we work with school camp providers across NSW, VIC, and QLD.

4. What's the minimum and maximum group size?

Our programs work for groups from 20 participants up to 500+. Most school bookings sit in the 30–150 range. For very large groups (whole-year orientation, full-school staff days), we scale facilitation and adjust activity formats. There’s no upper limit we haven’t worked with — we’ve delivered programs to 600+ university students in a single session.

5. How long does a typical school program run?

Most programs run as half-day (2–3 hours) or full-day (5–7 hours) experiences. Staff development days typically run a full day. End-of-year reward sessions tend to be half-day. Orientation programs vary from 90-minute icebreakers through to multi-day O-Week formats. Leadership programs work as either full-day intensives or 2-day offsite camps.

6. How much do school team building programs cost?

Pricing depends on group size, program length, location, and whether we’re running onsite or at a venue. As a rough guide, half-day school programs start from around $2,500 for smaller groups. We’ll send a tailored quote within 24 hours of you submitting an enquiry — including all-inclusive pricing with no hidden facilitator or equipment fees.

7. Do you work with primary schools or only secondary and tertiary?

We work across all three levels. Primary school programs lean toward shorter sessions with high-energy, low-complexity activities — perfect for transition days, end-of-year celebrations, and staff days. Secondary schools book the full range. Universities typically book us for staff development, faculty days, O-Week orientation, and residential leadership programs.

8. Can you tailor a program to our school's specific outcomes?

Yes — every program is tailored. Once you submit an enquiry, our team works with you to understand your specific outcomes (staff alignment, leadership development, cultural connection, year-group bonding, etc.), the makeup of your group, and any school-specific themes or values you want reinforced. The activities are the framework; the outcomes are designed around your needs.

9. How far in advance should we book?

For staff development days and end-of-year rewards, we recommend booking 6–8 weeks ahead, especially for Term 4 (mid-October through December is our busiest window for school bookings). Orientation and leadership programs are best booked at least a term ahead. We can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times — get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

10. Do you provide all the equipment and materials?

Yes. All facilitators, equipment, materials, music, AV, and program staffing are included in your quote. You only need to provide the venue space (your school hall, classrooms, oval, or external venue) and any catering if required. We bring everything else.

11. Are your programs aligned with curriculum or wellbeing frameworks?

Many of our student programs map naturally to wellbeing, leadership, and personal development outcomes used across Australian curricula — including communication skills, collaborative problem-solving, resilience, and cultural awareness. We can provide a brief outcomes summary aligned to your specific framework on request, which is useful for school council reporting or grant acquittals.

12. Which schools have you worked with?

We’ve delivered programs to over 300 schools and universities across Australia and globally, including Monash University, University of Sydney, UNSW, Western Sydney University, California State University, Caulfield Grammar, Marayong Public School and many more. Our case studies below show specific programs and outcomes from recent school partnerships.
