Dentons Table Tennis Tournament
We dusted off the sweatbands for a bespoke table tennis corporate event in Sydney this month.
Dentons Table Tennis Tournament - Corporate Event
We were excited to be asked to create the Dentons annual indoor team building event for a third year in a row.
The goal was to turn their Sydney CBD office into mini Australian Open complete with table tennis tables, equipment, referees and to create a robust schedule of games over two days.
But this wasn’t just about forehands and fast serves. It was about energy, visibility and strengthening a robust office culture.
The schedule was designed to be inclusive and bring the office together. Spread over two days, the purpose was to build anticipation and excitement. The Hidden Door events team were onsite to ensure the games were played on time and to the rules.
OUTCOMES
Strong cross-team interaction, higher office energy across both days, increased internal engagement and a signature annual event staff now look forward to.
WHY IT MATTERS
Because in-office culture needs moments of theatre. It needs shared stories. It’s indoor team building with purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions
How big is each artwork and how many people does it suit?
Each artwork is 3m x 1m and is suitable for up to 12 people to complete at one time. Any more than that and people aren't actively engaged.
Will we get paint on ourselves?
On your hands, possibly, however we provide aprons, gloves and masks to keep everyone paint-free.
Can you set up at our office or venue?
For sure! We just need to chat with you to ensure that the space meets our safety requirements for this experience.
What if it rains?
Unfortunately rain and paint don't mix well. If it looks likely to rain we can either postpone your experience or move it to an indoor venue.
