With 140 people including staff and clients, they entrusted an events company to craft a Christmas party experience that would be nothing short of spectacular. Located at the picturesque Centennial Homestead, the objective was to design a high-energy, family-friendly event that would bring joy to both kids and adults.
The Christmas spirit was immediately apparent as guests entered through a grand balloon arch, setting the tone for the festivities ahead. A team of enchanting elves on stilts welcomed and entertained everyone, creating a memorable and magical entrance that left a lasting impression.
To cater to a diverse crowd, the event featured multiple food and beverage stations. Guests could indulge in delectable offerings from a taco stand, quench their thirst at a cocktail caravan, or simply unwind on comfy lounges while enjoying the melodious tunes of a live 3-piece band. The culinary delights were curated to ensure that every guest’s palate was satisfied, adding to the overall enjoyment of the day.
