Enjoy Your Own Luxe Garden Party

Let us design and deliver a bespoke garden party for the perfect day out of the office.

Inspired by the classic English-style garden party, we craft a custom event that combines a stunning location, exquisite food and drinks, and entertainment and styling to wow your guests.

Outdoor furniture, jute rugs and floor cushions, outdoor beanbags and picnic tables and benches.  We’ll set-up a cute pop-up bar filled with tasty drinks that will accompany your preferred menu selection for the day.

Choose from casual grazing platters, a full summer BBQ, a Mexican themed stations, DIY burger bar, substantial canapé menu…the choices are endless.

Guests will be entertained with giant lawn games, live music, volleyball tournament, mini golf, roving entertainers and anything else that will create a memorable experience for your guests.

Garden Party event packages start at $140pp based on over 50 people.

How big is each artwork and how many people does it suit?

Each artwork is 3m x 1m and is suitable for up to 12 people to complete at one time. Any more than that and people aren't actively engaged.
Will we get paint on ourselves?

On your hands, possibly, however we provide aprons, gloves and masks to keep everyone paint-free.

Unfortunately rain and paint don't mix well. If it looks likely to rain we can either postpone your experience or move it to an indoor venue.

  • We’ve created garden parties at some amazing locations and venues in all corners of Australia including the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney and Centennial Park.

    Depending on your group size and preferred location, we’ll suggest some suitable venues for your Garden Party.

    We’re mindful that your event location needs to be close to public transport and have easy parking for your guests, along with being absolutely stunning.

    We will happily manage the event permit application for your event, but we don’t charge any additional fees to do so.  You pay whatever the permit fee costs.  We do this to ensure it’s an easy and seamless process for you.

    While onsite our team will manage the boring stuff that includes set-up and pack-down, cleaning, waste management, onsite first aid, and to ensure that your party is well signed so guests have a safe and enjoyable garden party experience.

    With over 15 years delivering luxe garden parties, we’re event professionals and are committed to create a wow moment for your guests.

  • We partner with the best caterers and drink providers in Australia.

    We’ll suggest some of our most popular menu options such as our Summer Sliders & Salads that include mini sliders and a selection of fresh salad pots, the Summer BBQ that includes prawn and chorizo skewers, barramundi fillets and BBQ corn on the cob, and our Mexican Fiesta that includes a DIY taco and fajita station, jalapeno poppers and Coronas on ice.

    Platters of sandwiches and rolls, grazing platters, noodle…the choices are endless.

    There’s no doubt that the pop-up bar is the place to be at the garden party.  As music flows across the bar, our bar staff will serve up your beverage package of choice that include wines, beer, soft drinks and water.

    You can choose to add on a signature cocktail or two or our popular Pimms or Aperol Sprits bar.

    For some extra pop to you event we can add in a sweet option such as a Gelato Messino cart, coffee cart, fairy floss or popcorn machine, or simply an esky full of ice cold Zooper Doopers for a hot afternoon garden party.

  • It all starts with the furniture and styling, with outdoor furniture allowing guests to sit comfortable and chat.  White and wicker outdoor chairs, jute rugs and floor cushions, and selected seating that can include beanbags, picnic tables and chairs, or a full sit-down dining set-up.

    Choose from live music at your event, or a curated music playlist to make it cost-effective.

    To keep everyone entertained we’ll set up lawn games including giant jenga and giant connect four that can be played with a drink in hand.  For those wanting to get more active we can set-up a mini golf challenge, volleyball tournament, live trivia or roving magicians or entertainers.

    The format of the day is designed to allow guests to opt in to the games if they choose, or simply enjoy a drink and take in the magical setting with colleagues and friends.
