Survivor - The Ultimate Team Adventure

Based off the popular reality TV show, this two hour team experience is a fun team vs team adventure with multiple challenges where teams earn points.

We start the day by asking each team to create their own tribe flag that becomes their identity for the day.

Each of the Survivor challenges are based on team challenges that include communication, problem solving and time management.

From a giant puzzle memory game, a team navigational challenge, knocking down bricks and completing a 3D puzzle and the infamous holey bucket challenge where teams have to retrieve a key.

You’ll even go to Tribal Council with a twist.

  • CHALLENGES
  • Survivor is not overly physical and suits people of all age sand fitness levels.

Each of the Survivor challenges are based on team challenges that include communication, problem solving and time management. In X-Word, tribes must use a handheld GPS and scour the island to find hidden objects and words to complete a custom crossword puzzle. In Holey Bucket, tribes must race to transfer water with a small bucket full of holes to fill their vessel and float a key that will open a lock box.

In Perfect Pairs, tribes will face a memory test in a relay to correctly match items on wooden tiles.

In Knockout, tribes must use a 3-person slingshot to fire sandbags at a wooden tower before using the blocks to complete a 3D puzzle.

The purpose of the “buffs” given to each player is to serve as a distinctive identifier and symbol of belonging to a specific tribe within the game. These buffs, which can be worn as armbands or headbands, are designed in the colors representing each tribe. Through these buffs, players are visually connected to their tribe and it helps create a sense of unity and camaraderie within the tribe.

Additionally, the buffs play a practical role during challenges. The ultimate goal of each team is to acquire as many Immunity Necklaces as possible to increase their chances of becoming the sole survivor. Thus, players wear their buffs as a visual representation of their team’s identity and strive to work together to win challenges and secure immunity for their tribe.

  • PURPOSE
  • Survivor isn’t just your typical team building activity; it’s an exciting adventure tailor-made for conferences in remote spots and offsite meetings. From the breathtaking landscapes of Uluru to the serene beauty of Tasmania, the tropical paradise of Daydream Island, and the rugged charm of Broome, we’ve orchestrated unforgettable Survivor experiences that breathe life into conferences.

Our meticulously crafted challenges are more than just games; they’re opportunities for teams to flex their creative muscles, think outside the box, and constantly reassess their strategies for improvement. Unlike the cutthroat dynamics of the TV show, our Survivor experience doesn’t involve elimination rounds. Instead, every participant gets to stay till the end, fostering a sense of camaraderie and inclusivity.

As the day draws to a close, we gather the Survivors for a Tribal Council, but fear not—there are no torches to be extinguished here. Instead, it’s a chance for each Survivor to cast their vote for the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the day. The anticipation builds as we tally the votes, culminating in a thrilling conclusion that encapsulates the spirit of teamwork and achievement.

Survivor isn’t just a game; it’s a journey of collaboration, resilience, and celebration. Whether you’re navigating the red sands of the Outback or basking in the clear blue waters of an island retreat, our Survivor experience is guaranteed to elevate your conference to new heights. Join us on this adventure and discover the Survivor within you.
