Survivor
Get ready to outwit, outplay and outlast your colleagues in this fun tribe vs tribe adventure where you’ll face off in exciting Survivor challenges.
Survivor - The Ultimate Team Adventure
Based off the popular reality TV show, this two hour team experience is a fun team vs team adventure with multiple challenges where teams earn points.
After creating their own unique Tribal Chant to intimidate the competition, each tribe puts on their coloured tribe buffs.
It’s then a battle of wits, brawn and teamwork. Taking inspiration from a variety of Survivor challenges, tribes will experience endurance tests, puzzles, physical and mental challenges where they will have to truly Outwit, Outplay and Outlast.
From booby-trapped mazes, to giant puzzles, from balance and brawn to strategy and wits, perhaps strength will win the day or perhaps strategic teamwork will prove more valuable.
The challenges for Survivor have been designed to put your teamwork, communication, problem solving and time management to the test.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can play Survivor?
Survivor works for groups of 20 to 200+ people. We split your group into tribes of 8–10, so it scales naturally for any size.
What's the best Survivor duration?
A standard Survivor experience runs for 2 hours. We can adjust timing to fit your event schedule.
Where do you run Survivor?
We deliver Survivor at parks, beaches and outdoor spaces across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and more locations. Popular spots include Tallow Beach (Byron Bay), New Farm Park (Brisbane), Balmoral Beach and Centennial Park (Sydney).
Does everyone need to be fit?
No. Challenges are designed so every team member can contribute — some are physical, some are mental, some are creative. Nobody gets left out.
Can you run Survivor at our venue?
Absolutely. We just need an outdoor space with enough room for the challenges. We'll do a site check and adapt the program to your venue.
What if it rains?
No stress. We have a super fun indoor version of Survivor. We'll just need an indoor space.
We want teams to experience the very best of Survivor. Well, without the starvation and voting people out bit. We’ve created a series of challenges derived from TV show that are fun and full of laughs.
Best of all, we want to ensure Survivor is inclusive so the challenges are suitable for people of all ages and mobility levels. Two teams will go head to head in every challenge making it the perfect mix of friendly competition and personal challenge. We’re also all in the same location so there’s no splitting up the group in Survivor.
Each of the challenges are designed to challenge team communication, problem solving and time management.
- Hole in One: Tribes must work together to successfully transport a golf ball through pipes full of holes, using strategy and collaboration.
- Maze Runner: Tribes must navigate their way through a booby-trapped maze and race to complete a giant puzzle at the other side.
- Totem Trial: Tribes must nominate a player for a test of physical strength, balance and endurance
- Fallen Idol: Tribes go head to head to be the first to knock their opponent’s idol to the ground.
Tribes earn points as they complete each Survivor challenge before our top two teams battle out in a unique finale before we cast our votes and hand over the trophy to the winning tribe.
Every tribe member plays a key role — whether it’s leading a challenge, solving a puzzle, or supporting the team to stay focused and fired up. But what’s the goal? Earn points, build momentum, and prove your team has what it takes to come out on top.
Survivor is ideal for:
- Leadership & Development Days: Put team dynamics and decision-making to the test in a hands-on, engaging way.
- Conference Energisers: The perfect antidote to back-to-back sessions or screen fatigue.
Team Building: Get your people moving, thinking, and working together — all while having serious fun.
Some expected outcomes you can expect:
- Stronger Team Communication: Success depends on clear roles, active listening and real-time decision making.
- Improved Problem Solving: Challenges are designed to require creative thinking and adaptive strategies.
- Leadership Under Pressure: Opportunities for different people to step up and lead — formally or informally.
- Trust and Collaboration: Teams must support one another across physical and mental challenges.
Here’s a spoiler: Survivor doesn’t have to be on the beach. You know what? It also doesn’t have to just be a winter team activity. While Survivor is great on the beach, it can also be delivered in parks, sports grounds and even indoors!
