Billy Kart Derby: Outdoor Charity Team Building

This outdoor charity team building activity is packed full of fun and laughs and has been a successful conference activity for companies such as Red Bull Australia and KFC.

We kick off by introducing our charity partner and talk about the positive impact these fun little karts will have for the kids and families who receive them.

Teams then build and decorate their kart using spray paint, markers and stencils to bring them to life.

We have an honorary tradition that teams need to create a 30 second dance to the song of their choice as a way of introducing their billy kart to the race arena.

It’s then time to toll your sleeves up for a series of fun challenges where teams earn points that go towards the finale – a time trial obstacle course where the rubber hits the road.

Frequently Asked Questions

How big is each artwork and how many people does it suit?
Each artwork is 3m x 1m and is suitable for up to 12 people to complete at one time. Any more than that and people aren't actively engaged.
Will we get paint on ourselves?
On your hands, possibly, however we provide aprons, gloves and masks to keep everyone paint-free.
Can you set up at our office or venue?
For sure! We just need to chat with you to ensure that the space meets our safety requirements for this experience.
What if it rains?
Unfortunately rain and paint don't mix well. If it looks likely to rain we can either postpone your experience or move it to an indoor venue.
